Dans cet atelier:

Notre atelier de scénario est contruit autour du « 2X2 Scenario Exploration System », une méthode ludique et participative pour explorer de possibles scénarios à propos du futur du Design. C'est un outil puissant pour stimuler la pensée prospective et la réflexion stratégique. Il permet de se placer dans la situation de différents acteurs, de comprendre les enjeux et les opportunités de chaque scénario, pour générer des idées originales et pertinentes pour le futur. Dans notre version, notre objectif a été de rendre le 2x2 SES plus accessible et plus engageant en offrant un cadre structuré et flexible pour imaginer l'avenir. C’est un excellent moyen de stimuler la créativité, de développer la pensée critique et systémique, et de favoriser la collaboration.

Déroulement de l'atelier

En préambule:

  • Présentation de 2X2 Scénario Exploration System
  • Cadrage de l’atelier pour une définition du contexte.
  • Identification des forces motrices qui influencent la question centrale abordée dans l’atelier.
  • Création de la matrice 2X2 des scénarios basés sur les contraintes des forces motrices.

Le serious game

  • Création des groupes (5 participants / groupe) et distribution des cartes (rôle, action, vision, schock)
  • Les participants choisissent un scénario à développer et choisissent des rôles fictifs suffisamment diversifiés et indépendants
  • Les participants commencent officiellement le jeu sur le plateau. Le jeu commence à l’origine (présent) et se déplace vers l’extrémité du plateau (futur).
  • A la fin de chaque tour, les joueurs sont enfin encouragés à discuter et à réfléchir sur le déroulement du jeu

Conclusion
